1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ak10 Gaming Ltd. ("ak10", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, operating the online gaming platform accessible at ak10.io ("the Platform").

These Terms govern your access to and use of the ak10 Platform in its entirety, including but not limited to sports betting markets, live casino games, slot machine games, promotional offers, bonuses, customer support services, and all associated account features.

These Terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ak10 operates the Platform in English for the Bangladeshi market. All account communications, support interactions, and official notices will be conducted in English.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active ak10 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services from your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or similar restriction on the ak10 platform or any associated platform.
• You have not previously had an ak10 account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

ak10 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation upon request may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending transactions pending resolution.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ak10 services, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active ak10 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ak10 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual may be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ak10 login credentials, including your username and password. ak10 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted using your login credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify ak10 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at the email address provided on this site.

Identity Verification (KYC): ak10 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or bonus funds are released. ak10 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending the completion of KYC verification.

Account Accuracy: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. ak10 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you, including failed withdrawals due to incorrect payment details.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods: ak10 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change. The current list of accepted methods is displayed within your ak10 account dashboard.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your ak10 account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance. ak10 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts that have completed the KYC process described in Section 3. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours for verified accounts during standard operating hours (06:00–24:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available processing cycle.

Withdrawal to Payment Source: ak10 operates a withdrawal-to-source policy for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where operationally possible. ak10 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

Failed Transactions: ak10 is not liable for failed or delayed transactions caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking institution. In the event of a failed deposit where funds have left your payment account but have not been credited to your ak10 balance, please contact support immediately with your transaction reference number.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ak10 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account.

Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower rate or may be entirely excluded from bonus wagering. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse: ak10 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines — at its sole discretion — that bonus offers have been abused. This includes but is not limited to: claiming the same first-deposit bonus across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal exposure, and collusion between players to exploit referral or multi-account bonus structures.

Modification and Cancellation: ak10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to a player's account, ak10 will provide reasonable notice and will not retrospectively void wagers already placed using those bonus funds.

Free Spins: Free spin bonuses are subject to the same general wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and must be wagered before withdrawal.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the ak10 Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are available within the relevant betting section of the Platform.

Bet Placement: A bet is considered confirmed and binding only when a bet confirmation reference is displayed on your screen and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your ak10 account balance. ak10 is not responsible for bets that were not fully submitted due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

Odds: All odds displayed on the ak10 Platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet, regardless of subsequent market movements. ak10 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds will be settled at the corrected price or voided at ak10's discretion.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the applicable settlement timeframe, technical error during bet placement, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are refunded to the player's ak10 balance in full.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. ak10 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where patterns of activity suggest systematic exploitation of pricing errors or other Platform vulnerabilities.

Cricket Betting: ak10 offers betting markets on major cricket tournaments including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international Bangladesh Tigers matches. Specific cricket betting rules — including rules on Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes and match abandonment — are available within the cricket betting section of the Platform.

7 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the ak10 Platform — including live dealer tables and RNG (random number generator) slot and table games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface, in addition to the general Platform terms set out in these Terms & Conditions.

Random Number Generation: All RNG-based games on the ak10 Platform use certified random number generator technology to determine game outcomes. Game results are independent and cannot be influenced by previous results, player behaviour, or external factors.

Live Casino: Live casino games are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. ak10 is not responsible for technical disruptions to live game streams caused by the game provider's infrastructure.

Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, the affected game round will be declared void and the stake returned to the player's balance. Game malfunction voids all pays and play. ak10's decision in respect of malfunctions is final.

Disconnection: ak10 is not responsible for player losses caused by internet disconnection during a game session. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round in a live casino game, the round will be completed according to the game provider's standard disconnection rules, and the result will stand.

Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface. ak10 reserves the right to modify game bet limits at any time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ak10 Platform. ak10 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in any of the following, and to forfeit all associated balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any connected game for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to ak10 support immediately rather than used to accumulate winnings.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any other multi-player game format.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information trading, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Creating or operating multiple ak10 accounts for the purpose of accumulating additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any element of the ak10 Platform or its underlying technology.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards ak10 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a third party's payment account to deposit or withdraw funds without that party's explicit consent and the approval of ak10.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, ak10 may, in addition to account closure, report relevant information to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention legislation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ak10 Platform — including but not limited to software code, game graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of ak10 Gaming Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ak10.

The "ak10" name, logo, and all associated branding are proprietary trademarks of ak10 Gaming Ltd. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any context is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Third-party game content provided by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used on the ak10 Platform under licence. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of such content is prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data

ak10 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account on the ak10 Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and Platform use is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the fulfilment of legal and regulatory obligations.

ak10 applies 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the ak10 servers. Sensitive financial data, including payment method details, is handled in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

ak10 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where required for the operation of the Platform or compliance with applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak10 Gaming Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the ak10 Platform.

ak10's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ak10 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ak10 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ak10 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's operation.

ak10 is not liable for losses arising from: (a) your reliance on information displayed on the Platform; (b) unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security; (c) interruptions to the Platform caused by third-party infrastructure including payment providers, internet service providers, or game studios; or (d) force majeure events beyond ak10's reasonable control.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. ak10 does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for the bets and game decisions you make.

12 Responsible Gaming

ak10 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following self-management tools are available to all registered players directly from within their account settings, without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each login session after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current session and your net gaming activity for that session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cool-off period, your account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes only.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ak10 Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and may be set for longer durations up to a permanent lifetime ban. During self-exclusion, you will not receive any promotional communications from ak10.

ak10 monitors account activity for indicators of problem gambling behaviour. Where such indicators are identified, ak10 may proactively contact the player, apply protective account restrictions, or escalate to responsible gaming support resources.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by ak10: ak10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct that ak10 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Closure by Player: You may request closure of your ak10 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Balance on Closure: Where an account is closed by ak10 due to a breach of these Terms, ak10 reserves the right to withhold any or all of the balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is suspected, the full balance may be withheld indefinitely and reported to relevant authorities.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ak10 will attempt to notify the account holder prior to any dormancy action. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be applied to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs, provided the account balance is sufficient. Where the balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ak10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ak10 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. For significant amendments, ak10 may additionally notify registered players via their registered contact method.

Your continued use of the ak10 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

ak10 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the ak10 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ak10 operates the Platform from Dhaka, Bangladesh, and these Terms reflect that operational context.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and ak10, you should contact our support team in the first instance. ak10 aims to resolve all player disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. Formal complaints should be submitted to the contact email address provided in Section 16.

Bet Result Disputes: Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or casino game round must be raised with ak10 support within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. ak10's decision in respect of disputed game and bet outcomes, after review of server-side logs and game provider records, is final and binding.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ak10 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
